Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division Rajanpur invites e-tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for three major infrastructure projects in Rajanpur District, Punjab. The first project involves provision of new colleges in Katcha areas with establishment of a Government Associate College for Girls at Rojhan, valued at Rs. 32.56 crore with a completion time up to 30 June 2028. The second project concerns construction and rehabilitation of 33 official residences for Assistant Commissioners at Jampur, valued at Rs. 4.58 crore with completion up to 30 June 2029. The third project entails construction and rehabilitation of 47 Assistant Commissioner offices at Rajanpur, valued at Rs. 4.49 crore, also with completion up to 30 June 2029. All three projects are financed under ADP 2026-27 allocations.
Eligible participants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with valid PEC licenses for financial year 2026-27, and must also be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are required to submit 5 percent bid security electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical financial instruments including call deposit receipts will be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must additionally submit a performance guarantee of 10 percent of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter, in the form of CDR, bank draft, cashier cheque, pay order or bank guarantee valid for three months beyond completion. All tenders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and recent circulars regarding item rate quoting and electronic submission.
Bill of quantities are available on the e-procurement portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Contractors must quote item rates online against each item of the BOQ up to 11 November 2026 before 12:00 PM. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM in the office of the Commissioner, Dera Ghazi Khan Division in the presence of participating firms and their authorized representatives. The tender opening committee will include the Superintending Engineer and other officials. All bids must be digitally signed and attested with every page endorsed by the contractor. Manual or physical bids will not be accepted.
