The Punjab Institute of Cardiology in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various laboratory kits, reagents, and consumables for analyzers on a reagent rental basis for the financial year 2025-26. This comprehensive tender covers requirements for Chemistry, Immunoassay, Blood Gas, and Hematology analyzers used within the hospital facilities. Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must possess a valid Drug Registration Certificate or Drug Enlistment Certificate issued by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. The procurement process follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System.
