The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the procurement of surgical and disposable items under a framework contract basis for the SICVD Network Hospitals. This procurement is divided into three specific categories: pediatric surgical and disposable items, sutures, and various miscellaneous surgical supplies. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR for income tax and sales tax and are required to register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System for electronic bid submission. Each tender carries a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees, with bid security requirements detailed in the official bidding documents. While electronic submission via EPADS is mandatory, sealed hard copies of the tender fee and bid security must also be provided physically at the SICVD head office.
