Description / Scope of Work
The Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification applications from importers, manufacturers and authorized sole distributors of purified Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine in Pakistan for procurement during the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated procurement value is Rs 1726.404 million, comprising three components: Punjab Livestock Card Phase-2 (Rs 170.15 million), Punjab Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (Rs 56.254 million), and Purchase of FMD on the Non-Development Side (Rs 1500 million). The procurement will serve field formations across Punjab province and is governed by PPRA Rules, 2014 as amended. Applicant firms must be well-reputed, financially sound, Income Tax and Sales Tax registered entities with demonstrated experience in the livestock vaccine sector. All participating firms must register with PPRA for e-procurement on the EGP-E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM. Applications will be accepted exclusively through the online portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk; no hard copies will be entertained under any circumstances.
