The Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the long-term leasing of sixteen prime commercial sites across the Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Lahore divisions. These sites are designated for the construction of commercial plazas under a 21-year lease agreement, which is extendable for an additional 21 years. Eligible bidders include commercial property developers, real estate companies, construction firms, and qualified architects or consultants. The project terms feature a two-year mobilization period from the date of possession and a ten percent annual compound increase in rent. Specific locations include sites in Mardan, Kabul River, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad, with varying areas ranging from 1,443 to 10,125 square yards. Bidders are required to offer quotes for both annual rent and a one-time non-refundable commitment fee against each site. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 15 May 2026, which also serves as the final deadline for bid submission at 14:00 hours. Proposals must be submitted via a single-stage, two-envelope process and include the prescribed bid security for each specific location.
