National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the installation and fixing of wall paneling at the NIASR-NUMS Auditorium in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial proposals submitted together. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying wall paneling equipment in accordance with specifications outlined in Annex-A, installing the equipment at designated locations as per end user department instructions, and operationalizing the equipment to ensure full functionality within the specified timeframe, including staff training where required. The procurement is open to registered suppliers, dealers, associations of firms, companies, sole proprietors, and joint ventures registered with relevant authorities and tax departments.
Eligible applicants must be registered with tax and government departments, including Income Tax, PPRA, and Sales Tax, with valid company incorporation certificates. Applicants must have a maintained bank account as NUMS makes all payments through crossed cheques. Bid security of 2 percent of the total bidding cost must be submitted in the form of CDR, DD, or pay order; no other forms are accepted. Applicants with weak backup services, insufficient experience in equipment supply, or lack of technical staff for installation and commissioning are ineligible. Conditional bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Sealed bids must be submitted by 13 August 2026 at 10:30 hours at the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, opposite APS Humayun Road, Rawalpindi. Tender envelopes will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:00 hours in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives. Payment is made upon satisfactory delivery of all items, invoices, delivery challans, and deduction of all taxes, with mandatory installation and commissioning satisfactory reports from the end user. No advance payment or mobilization amount is released to the vendor. Documents sent by email or fax will not be accepted. NUMS reserves the right to modify quantities and accept or reject any or all proposals as per PPRA rules.
