Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites proposals from IT-related firms, training institutes and companies to conduct digital skills training courses under the ADP scheme "Empowering Women Through Digital Skill Development". Training will be delivered at bidders' own or rented premises across various districts of Gilgit-Baltistan in phases.
Bidders must submit proposals using the single-stage, two-envelope procurement method with separate technical and financial proposals. Tender document fee is Rs. 10,000 as per GB Finance Act 2025. Bidders must provide 2% bid security via demand draft. Cost per domain is Rs. 0.500 million. Preference will be given to women-owned and women-led technology companies. Bids must be received at the Information Technology Department, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
