Description / Scope of Work
The Information Technology Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites proposals from IT-related firms and training institutes to conduct capacity building training courses for youth in digital skills across various districts of Gilgit-Baltistan under the ADP scheme. The training will be delivered in phases at bidders' own or rented premises in multiple districts.
Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes using the two-envelope method per GB FPRA Rules 2022. A 2% bid security is required as demand draft in favour of the DDO. Tender document fee is Rs. 10,000. The cost per domain is Rs. 0.500 million, with bids valid for 3 years. Bids must reach the office of the undersigned, 1st Floor, New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM for opening at 11:30 AM.
