Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), a not-for-profit company established by the Government of Punjab in 2010, invites bids for hiring training service providers under the Umeed – Skills for Inclusion Program for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The estimated cost is Rs. 154,781,134 for a one-year contract, extendable for further terms. Location: PSDF, 21-A, H-Block, Dr. Mateen Fatima Road, Gulberg II, Lahore.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by November 16, 2026, before 3:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM. Bidders must be well-reputed, experienced, and tax-registered. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM via MS Teams. The bidding procedure follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through national competitive bidding.
