Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development, Zhob invites open competitive bids for the procurement of a Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) system with solar power installation at Killi Shina Haleem Ghori, Qilla Saifullah, Balochistan, under PSDP No. 5523 (Z2026.2415). This is a national scope procurement using single-stage, two-envelope bidding.
Bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA) before submission. The bidding document fee is PKR 1,500 (Green Challan). Bid security of 3% of estimated cost is required via bank guarantee or deposit at call. Bids close on 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and must be submitted by courier or deposited at the procuring agency office. Technical bids open the same day at 12:00 PM; financial bid opening will be announced after technical evaluation. Bid validity is 90 days.
