Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification proposals from registered, reputable and experienced firms and companies for the Advanced Bootcamps & Freelancing Training Programme. The estimated cost is PKR 4.00 billion over four years with 12,500 trainees to be trained. This EOI & PQ stage aims to pre-qualify training companies for the subsequent RFP stage. Proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement system on or before 17th November 2026 by 1200 hours; proposals will be opened at 1230 hours the same day. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10th November 2026 at 1100 hours at PITB office, 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, 346-B, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Applicants must include income/sales tax registration certificates and other required documents. Submissions through any channel other than Punjab e-Procurement will not be considered.
