Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites Expression of Interest and Pre-Qualification proposals from registered, reputable and experienced firms for the Advanced Bootcamps and Freelancing Training Programme. The estimated cost is PKR 4.00 billion over four years, targeting 12,500 trainees. Complete scope and requirements are available at www.pitb.gov.pk, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Proposals must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement system on or before 17th November 2026 at 1200 hours; opening at 1230 hours the same day. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 10th November 2026 at 1100 hours at PITB office, Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. Proposals must include income/sales tax registration and documents as specified in the EOI-PQ document. Procurements governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
