Description / Scope of Work
The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the auction of toll tax collection rights for various toll stations for the fiscal year 2026-2027. The scope includes rights for the D.I. Khan Darya Khan Bridge over River Indus and other provincial highway stations. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the Operators Category for 2026, possess a valid National Tax Number, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Participation requires a non-refundable registration fee of 20,000 rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026, to address queries regarding the installment-based payment schedule and contract terms. Successful bidders are required to sign the contract agreement within 15 days of the work order issuance to avoid forfeiture of bid securities.
