Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Executive Engineer, Dir Irrigation Division in Dir Lower, KPK invites electronic bids for the construction and installation of solar-based irrigation tube wells and lift irrigation schemes across various districts. This extensive project includes multiple sub-works such as the construction of 200 solar-based tube wells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as specific installations at Tangai Shah, Musabad Dandosha, Osakai Bala, Kotigram, and sites in Dir Upper like PK-13 and Dislawar. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the 2025-26 financial year in category C-6 or above, with mandatory specialization codes CE-09 or CE-10. Bidding is conducted through the PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders are required to submit a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and must be active taxpayers with FBR and KPRA. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 7, 2026, and the final deadline for electronic bid submission is May 18, 2026
