The Public Health Engineering Division Jacobabad invites sealed tenders under single-stage two-envelope bidding for the Drainage Scheme Garhikhairo Town, Taluka Garhikhairo, District Jacobabad, Sindh. The estimated cost is PKR 129.204 million with a completion period of 24 months. Bid security of 5% and tender fee of PKR 5,000 are required.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above with relevant specialisations. Mandatory requirements include: minimum financial turnover matching the project cost over five years with audit report, credit line certificate of 25% from a scheduled bank, three years of FBR returns, active taxpayer status, and similar experience (80% of estimated cost or two works at 50% each). Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS before 10:00 AM on 16 November 2026 (first attempt) or 1 December 2026 (second attempt). Original bid security should be submitted to the Executive Engineer's office.
