Description / Scope of Work
Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth, Karachi East issues an Annual Procurement Plan for the financial year 2026-2027 covering development and non-development works under the Buildings & Roads Department. The plan includes eight projects: water line laying at Maymar Avenue, multiple sewerage line installations in UC-05, road improvement and patch repairs near Jamia tur Rasheed in UC-06, and concrete paver block street works at Wazir Brohi Goth UC-05 and Dost Muhammad Junjhar Goth UC-08. Total estimated costs range from PKR 1.63 million to PKR 2.97 million per project.
All procurement follows Single Stage-Single Envelope method from TMC Sohrab Goth funds. Works are scheduled for procurement in the First Quarter of fiscal year 2026-2027. Interested contractors may submit bids according to the prescribed procurement procedures. The closing date for this notice is 13 November 2026.
