Description / Scope of Work
The Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites electronic bids for three service contracts: janitorial services, security services, and rental services for medical gases (liquid medical oxygen, compressed medical oxygen and nitrous oxide) at SICHN sites. The advertisement reference is SICHN/GOS/Proc./Adv-NIT/XIII/26-27/93 dated 28 October 2026.
Interested bidders must submit applications with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 via Sindh Bank deposit at SICHN's First Floor office (Plot No. 354 & 356 JM, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi) between 09:00 and 15:00 hours, Monday to Friday, until 17 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Bids must include earnest money (2–3% depending on service) and be submitted via EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.pk. Tender opening occurs on 17 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the same venue. Procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
