The Director General South, Government of Balochistan, invites open competitive bids for the provision of home solar systems at Kharan and Washuk under reference TSE-2627101217193. This is a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial evaluation using the R3 eligibility mechanism with threshold marking.
Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bid security of 2% of estimated value is required as bank guarantee or deposit at call. Performance security of 10% of contract value is payable as demand draft, pay order, bank guarantee or insurance bond. Bids close on 17 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and must be submitted by courier or dropped at C-30, Railway Housing Society, Joint Road. Technical bids open same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 90 days. Joint ventures (maximum one) are allowed. National scope.
