Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Bahawalpur invites bids for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 300 kW Solar PV system (250 kW on-grid + 50 kW hybrid) with net metering at B.I.S.E., Bahawalpur. The contract tenure is 90 days, extendable for specific periods subject to terms and conditions. Estimated cost is PKR 35,000,000.
Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) by 18-11-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical bids will open on the same day at 12:00 P.M. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13-11-2026 at 11:30 A.M. at the Conference Room, B.I.S.E., Bahawalpur. Bid security of 5% (PKR 1,750,000) must be submitted online. Only single legal entities are eligible; joint ventures are not accepted.
