Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge, Rajanpur invites sealed e-bids for the supply and installation of an 08-kilowatt off-grid hybrid solar system for the Ladies Bar Room at the Headquarters in Rajanpur, along with sub-divisions Jampur and Rojhan, for the financial year 2026–2027. The system shall include solar panels, battery storage, inverter and related equipment as per technical specifications.
Bidders must submit e-bids by 18 November 2026 at 10:00 am; bids will open at 11:00 am the same day. Interested suppliers should submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the tender instructions. Bid security, performance guarantee and warranty terms as detailed in the tender document are mandatory. Delivery and completion shall occur within the timeframe specified in the purchase order.
