The National Institute of Banking and Finance in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the outsourcing of comprehensive maintenance services for automatic sliding doors, RFID locks, and energy saving switches. This procurement aims to ensure the round the clock functionality of critical hospitality systems at the NIBAF campus, covering approximately four automatic doors, 128 RFID locks, and 128 energy switches alongside specialized software support for Locstar and Xeeder packages. Eligible bidders must be original equipment manufacturers or authorized agents with a proven track record of completing at least two similar projects valued at nine hundred thousand Rupees each within the last five years. Furthermore, interested firms must maintain an active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and demonstrate an annual turnover of at least one million Rupees. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the electronic procurement system known as EPADS. The deadline for online submission is strictly set for 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, followed by a public bid opening shortly after at 11:30 AM on the same day.
