Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, Buildings Division No. 1 Multan invites tenders for the construction of an integrated record preservation and public access management system at Divisional Headquarters (Phase-I), one at Multan, under ADF No.3458/2026-27. The tender is issued via e-Tendering Vide Notification No. SOH-I(C&W)-49/2023/3652, dated 20.05.2023.
Tenders are invited under PPRA Rules 38(1) on single-stage single-envelope basis from contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with PEC for the current financial year, meeting relevant specifications and codes. Bid security of 0.5% estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors must register on the newly introduced e-Procurement System (Version-II) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and submit digitally signed bids before 11:00 AM on 16.11.2026. Bid opening will occur at 11:30 AM the same day. Project duration is 24 months.
