Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Punjab, Communication & Works Department, invites tenders for the construction of a District Attorney Office Building in Lahore under NIT No.3265/2026-27. The estimated DNIT cost is PKR 71.599 million with 5% earnest money requirement of PKR 3,580,000. The work duration is 08 months.
Tenders are invited from contractors/firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding Category C-4 or above with specialized code CE-10. Bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 5% must be submitted through PSID. Physical financial instruments are not accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division.
