The Project Director, Balochistan Residential Colleges and Polytechnic Institutes invites open competitive bids for the construction of 03 (three) classrooms with a hall at Govt. College of Elementary Education, Kalat, Balochistan. Reference number TSE-2627101217363, dated 30 October 2026. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure with eligibility check and financial evaluation. National scope bidding is permitted.
Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) of Balochistan. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bidding document fee is PKR 1,000; bid security is 2% of estimated value (via bank guarantee or deposit at call); performance security is 10% of contract value. Bid validity is 90 days.
