Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU) under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, invites tenders for provision of additional facilities and renovation of existing model high and higher secondary schools (SDG#4) in District Sukkur under the Sindh Education Reform Program-II (SERP-II). The estimated cost is Rs. 55.754 Million with bid security of Rs. 2.785 Million. The project includes work at GGHSS Barrage Colony Higher Secondary School (Code 418030072) and GBHSS Comp. Higher Secondary Sukkur (Code 418050146).
Tenders are invited from eligible contractors with valid PEC registration in relevant field and appropriate category. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA portal (http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk). Technical bids will be opened on 16 November 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at the Project Director's office. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and bid security must be submitted as Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity date. Completion period is 24 months.
