Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Sindh, through its Project Management & Implementation Unit under the Sindh Education Reform Program-II, invites tenders for the provision of additional facilities and renovation of existing model high and higher secondary schools in District Sukkur. The project covers two schools: GGHSS Barrage Colony Higher Secondary (Code 418030072) and GBHSS Comp. Higher Secondary, Sukkur (Code 418050146). The estimated cost is Rs. 55.754 million with bid security of Rs. 2.785 million. Eligible contractors with valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above with codes CE09, CE10, and EE04 may submit bids.
Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD System before 16 November 2026 at 2:30 P.M., accompanied by tender fee (Rs. 5,000) and bid security valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 3:00 P.M. at the Project Director's office in Karachi. The completion period is 24 months. Bidding documents are available on the SPPRA portal.
