The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for specialized air conditioning works associated with the construction of 104 additional family suites for Members of Parliament and a servant quarters block at Sector G-5/2. This high-value government project requires firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-1 or above, specifically possessing project codes ME-01, ME-05, and EE-04 for the 2025-26 period. The estimated cost of the work is over 1.09 billion Rupees, and interested bidders must provide a bid security of 32,758,883 Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. All applications must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) as manual bids will not be accepted. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day at the CDA Secretariat in Sector G-7/4.
