Description / Scope of Work
The Engineer-in-Chief Branch, GHQ in Rawalpindi, Federal Government invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various residential and non-residential construction projects across Pakistan. This large-scale procurement initiative covers a wide geographical scope, including major cities such as Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and Quetta, as well as specialized sites like Gwadar and Muzaffarabad. The works involve the provision of essential services and facilities requiring expertise in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines. To be eligible, firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-2 or above with validity extending to June 2026. Applicants are required to submit comprehensive credentials, including a list of personnel, three years of bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns. Non-enlisted firms must provide a 2% refundable bid security. All documentation and credentials must be submitted to Gate No 7, GHQ, Rawalpindi by the deadline of 11:30 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter at 12:00 PM.
