The Military Engineer Services, DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Base under tender reference number DW&CE/4023-FSL-Advt-02/E-4. This emergency work, conducted in light of PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004, has an estimated cost of 51.693 million Rupees. The procurement is open to contractors listed in MES categories A and B who possess significant experience in similar projects. Applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments. Tender documents will be issued only to scrutinized contractors who meet specific experience and security criteria. Technical and financial submissions must be received by the office of the Accepting Officer no later than 1130 hours on 13 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same date.
