The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore in Narowal, Punjab invites sealed bids for two major infrastructure projects at its Narowal Campus. This public sector procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure and is managed through the E-PADS system. The first project involves extensive landscape development with an estimated cost of 19.268 million Rupees and a completion timeline of nine months. The second project covers the construction of specialized sports courts with an estimated budget of 9.867 million Rupees to be completed within six months. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or higher to participate. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Contractors are required to provide bid security in the form of a CDR or Demand Draft addressed to the Project Director. All interested parties must ensure their digital submissions are completed and physical security documents are delivered no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
