The COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus in Wah Cantt, Punjab invites sealed bids for the provision of food and sitting arrangements for the Open House 2026 event. This government tender, organized on a single-stage one-envelope basis, requires caterers and event management service providers to supply 650 lunch boxes and manage extensive sitting and display area arrangements. The required menu includes chicken pulao, shami kababs, raita, salad, kheer, and Pakistani brand cold drinks. Additionally, the service provider must arrange 170 tables with frill and cloth and 380 high-back chairs for project displays and interviews, alongside mineral water services. Bidders must be registered with the FBR for GST and income tax and remain on the Active Taxpayers List. A mandatory bid security of 30,000 Rupees is required. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal no later than 12:30 PM on 18 May 2026, with the physical delivery and installation of rental items scheduled for 2 June 2026.
