Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Kasur, Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids for the procurement of various operational supplies for the 2025-2026 financial year. The tender is divided into five comprehensive lots: Lot 1 covers general stationery items such as legal paper, registers, and office tools; Lot 2 includes cleaning and janitorial supplies; Lot 3 focuses on computer stationery including high-quality paper and printer toners; Lot 4 involves POL charges for engine oil; and Lot 5 covers the repair of transport items including oil and air filters. All interested firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and are required to submit tender samples with their quotations. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 15 May 2026, and offers must remain valid until 30 June 2026. The procurement process will follow a free delivery to consignee basis, and the work must be completed within one week of the issuance of the supply order. The purchase committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning specific reasons.
