The District Disaster Management Authority in Jhang, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of firms and suppliers to provide essential relief goods, equipment, and services for the financial year 2026-27. This comprehensive procurement initiative is divided into thirteen distinct lots to ensure flood preparedness and disaster response capability. The scope includes food hampers, cooked meals like chicken pulao and biryani, mosquito nets, iron cots, and mineral water. Additionally, the authority seeks services for transport and heavy machinery including tractors, excavators, and motorboats, as well as the supply of flour, plastic mats, animal fodder, and mattresses. Tentage, sound systems, and generators are also required for relief camp setups. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority. Evaluation is based on a seventy percent passing score considering office presence, financial turnover, and past experience in disaster management. All proposals must be uploaded via the EPADS portal by 12:30 PM on 15 May 2026, followed by a formal opening at 1:00 PM.
