Description / Scope of Work
The Sandeman Provincial Hospital in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of various healthcare services for the financial year 2025-26. This extensive tender covers a total of 478 items aimed at enhancing the facility's service delivery. Procurements are conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must demonstrate significant experience with at least five assignments of similar nature and complexity worth one million PKR each within the last three years, along with an accumulated turnover of 150 million PKR over the same period. Furthermore, participating firms must be active taxpayers, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and provide evidence of audited accounts from the last two years. All medical equipment proposed must be FDA/CE and IVD approved to maintain the highest clinical standards. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPPS supplier dashboard no later than 12:00 PM on 14 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 1,000,000 PKR.
