Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Kasur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various machinery and IT equipment for the 2025-2026 financial year. The scope of work includes the supply of 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners, high-speed digital photocopiers, Intel Core i5 13th generation desktop computers, laser printers with auto-duplexing, and professional A3 desktop sheet-fed scanners. All equipment must be brand new, of latest design, and carry a one-year original equipment manufacturer warranty where specified. Bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and are required to provide technical and financial bids along with tender samples. Submissions must be delivered to the District and Sessions Judge in Kasur by 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026. A security deposit in the form of a call deposit receipt at 10 percent of the contract value is required from successful bidders to ensure satisfactory contract completion. Evaluation will be based on strictly followed terms, including mandatory registration and adherence to specified technical standards.
