Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in Narowal, Punjab invites sealed bids for the development and construction works at its Narowal Campus located near Adda Siraj on Narowal Muridke Road. This government project involves two primary categories of infrastructure development including comprehensive landscape development and the construction of specialized sports courts. The total estimated cost for these works is approximately 29.135 million Rupees, with 19.268 million allocated for landscaping and 9.867 million for the sports facilities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and provide bid security amounting to two percent of the estimated cost for each lot. The execution timeframe is set at nine months for landscaping and six months for the sports courts. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the E-PADS system in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. All physical bid security documents must reach the Project Director office before the submission deadline of 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
