Description / Scope of Work
The Performance Management & Reforms Unit (PMRU), I&C Wing, S&GAD in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the capacity building project through the procurement of various IT equipment and plant and machinery. This government initiative is divided into two primary lots, with Lot 1 focusing on high-end computing hardware including Core Ultra 5 laptops, M4 Pro Macbooks, Core i7 desktops, and modern smartphones, alongside essential office peripherals like printers and scanners. Lot 2 encompasses plant and machinery requirements such as UPS systems with batteries, 75-inch QLED interactive displays, DSLR cameras, and heavy-duty photocopiers. The total estimated cost for this procurement is approximately 21.975 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and maintain an active status on the FBR and PRA ATL. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The technical and financial bids are due no later than 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
