Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Limited, Commercial Directorate, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the procurement of 360° Navigation Systems for Dragoon Vehicles on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The scope encompasses three complete sets of CCTV camera systems, each comprising five megapixel PAL cameras with water and dust resistance rated IP 67/68, night vision capability up to 100 meters, wide angle lens coverage of 150 degrees, integrated 10-inch LCD display, two-way switch, remote control, 256GB memory card, camera cables, and associated wiring. The tender is issued under PPRA and Ministry of Defence & Production procurement rules, with delivery required within 15 days of contract signing. The procurement is centrally managed from Taxila Cantt, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must possess NTN certificates and submit comprehensive documentation including HIT registration or pre-qualification letters, attested Sales Tax and NTN certificates, MD CNIC, three years of audited financial statements, one year bank statements, original equipment manufacturer trade links for distributors or agents, and a certified declaration on judicial paper worth Rs. 100 confirming no blacklisting or default status with any government organization. Applicants must demonstrate relevant contract experience with government or semi-government organizations over the preceding three financial years. Standard Bidding Documents can be collected from the Commercial Directorate office at HIT Taxila Cantt upon payment of Rs. 3,000, or downloaded from the organization's website. The last date for document collection is August 10, 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by August 11, 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening scheduled for 11:00 hours the same day in the presence of bidder representatives.
