Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites reputable firms, distributors, and dealers to participate in a framework contract for the procurement of IT equipment and machinery for the 2025-2026 financial year. The scope of the project includes 32 HP LaserJet Pro printers, 05 high-performance Dell Vostro 3020 Tower computer systems with Intel Core i7 processors, and 18 PEL Inverter air conditioning units totaling 1.5 tons each. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and utilizes a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide a bid security of five percent of the estimated value, which totals 495,000 Rupees across both lots. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 8:00 AM on 18 May 2026. Successful vendors are expected to deliver the items within five to ten days of the supply order and must provide a minimum one-year warranty including free service and parts replacement for all delivered machinery and IT hardware.
