Description / Scope of Work
The Wildlife and Parks Department in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various general store items and specialized services for the fiscal year 2024-25. The tender scope includes the provision of petty items, hardware materials, and specific logistics for the capturing and shifting of wild animals within the Bahawalpur Zoo and surrounding wildlife reserves. This tender is divided into distinct lots, requiring contractors to provide a 2 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) based on the estimated value of each lot. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and possess a valid registration with the Wildlife Department for the current year. Interested parties can obtain the detailed tender documents from the office of the Deputy Director Wildlife, Bahawalpur Region, upon payment of a non-refundable fee.
