Description / Scope of Work
The Senate Secretariat in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various operational supplies and services for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of the tender includes the supply of stationery items, miscellaneous office supplies, and computer hardware including IT equipment. Additionally, the secretariat seeks services for the repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures. This procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required for each category of items. Detailed tender documents containing specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Secretary during working hours. All technical and financial bids must be submitted to the Senate Secretariat at Parliament House no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
