The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Admin) in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various operational supplies for the Civil Courts of the Bahawalpur District for the financial year 2024-25. The scope of the tender is divided into three distinct lots covering general store and petty items, office stationery, and computer stationery including toner cartridges and related accessories. This procurement aims to ensure the smooth administrative functioning of the judicial offices. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. A bid security of 5 percent of the total estimated price for each lot is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the office during working hours. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bids scheduled for opening at 10:30 AM on the same day.
