The National Institute of Health in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for two major infrastructure projects for the year 2025-2026. The first project involves the replacement of Sui Gas lines installed at the institute, while the second project covers the construction of a boundary wall on a Free on Rail basis. Both tenders are being conducted under a single-stage single-envelope bidding system. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, as well as the PPRA EPADS portal. Interested firms can purchase the complete tender documents, including technical specifications and terms, from the Finance Division for a non-refundable fee of 1000 Rupees. Bidders are required to submit their rates online via the EPADS portal version 2.0 and also provide a hard copy of the original bid to the Director of Purchase and Procurement. All proposals must be received by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM at the Nutrition Division conference room.
