The Nishtar Medical University in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from registered firms for the procurement of IT equipment and hardware items for the Tertiary Care Hospital Nishtar-II. This tender covers a variety of technological needs for the fiscal year 2025-26 including the supply of fifteen Core i5 14th Generation desktop computers with UPS systems, fifteen high-speed laserjet printers, and four Core i5 laptops. Additionally, the scope includes specialized video wall infrastructure featuring six display panels, video decoders, control workstations, and 48-port PoE LAN switches with complete networking and cabling solutions. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess at least one year of experience supplying similar equipment to government or multinational institutions. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost for each lot is required. All submissions must be completed through the online portal by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026.
