The Baba Guru Nanak University in Nankana Sahib, Punjab invites sealed bids for the purchase, installation, and commissioning of a comprehensive surveillance equipment system as a turnkey solution. This project, registered under tender reference BGNU/Tender/2025-26/07, includes a significant quantity of hardware, specifically 240 dome cameras and 50 bullet cameras, supported by high-capacity NVRs with 8TB enterprise-grade storage. The scope of work covers the entire infrastructure from 42U server racks and 35ft PTZ poles to managed industrial switches and extensive cabling tested via OTDR and Fluke standards. With an estimated project value of 12.5 million Rupees, interested bidders must provide a two percent bid security of 250,000 Rupees. Eligibility requires firms to have at least three years of experience, a minimum annual turnover of 10 million Rupees, and active tax registration with the FBR and PRA.
