The Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders through the EPADS system for the significant construction project of an Administration Block for the Punjab Council of the Arts, located near Qaddafi Stadium. This major infrastructure development carries an estimated cost of approximately 106.83 million Rupees and requires completion within a strict three-month timeline. The scope of work is comprehensive, encompassing civil engineering tasks such as excavation and reinforced concrete structures, extensive electrical installations including LED lighting and street poles, and public health works including water supply and drainage systems. Furthermore, the project integrates modern security and safety protocols with the installation of IP cameras, fire alarms, and fire fighting systems. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C4 or higher with specialized codes CE09, CE10, and ME02. Prospective bidders are required to demonstrate financial stability through audited statements and provide a five percent earnest money deposit. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 16 May 2026.
