Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids through its Project Management Unit for the establishment of a Danish School at Azad Jammu & Kashmir in Haveli-Kahuta. This significant infrastructure project has a total estimated cost of approximately 2.62 billion PKR. Eligible contractors must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and possess a valid PEC license for the works. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Interested firms are required to submit their technical and financial proposals via the EPADS portal, ensuring all mandatory documentation including tax registrations and completion certificates for similar works are included. A bid security of 131.15 million PKR in the form of a call deposit is required to participate. All electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS system no later than 2:00 PM on 19 May 2026, after which they will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM.
