The Punjab Irrigation Department in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids for a significant infrastructure project involving the construction of an office complex for the Superintending Engineer of the Mailsi and Haveli Circle, alongside the rehabilitation of infrastructure at the Officers Colony in Multan. This large-scale government project has an estimated cost of approximately 421 million Rupees and covers a diverse scope of work. Requirements include extensive civil works such as excavation, reinforced cement concrete structures, and brickwork, as well as high-quality finishing involving porcelain tiling, granite work, and false ceilings. The project also encompasses infrastructure development like car parking sheds and bituminous road pavement, alongside technical installations for electrical systems and a comprehensive IP-based CCTV surveillance network. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-26 fiscal year in the relevant category and with the Punjab Revenue Authority. All procurement will be managed through the e-Procurement Punjab system (EPADS). Interested contractors must submit their technical and financial proposals via the portal no later than 12:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
