The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-tenders for the major construction project involving the establishment of a Danish School at Azad Jammu & Kashmir in the Haveli-Kahuta region. This large-scale educational infrastructure development has a significant estimated cost of over 2.6 billion Rupees. Interested contractors must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and possess a valid PEC license. Bidders are required to submit technical envelopes containing firm details, tax registrations, and completion certificates for similar nature works performed over the last five years. A bid security of approximately 131 million Rupees must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit. All bidding processes will follow the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 08 May 2026 to provide clarifications. Electronic bids prepared according to the specific bidding documents must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday 19 May 2026.
