Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Wazirabad, Punjab invites electronic bids for five distinct procurement and service projects aimed at improving municipal infrastructure. The scope of work includes the supply of store articles, the procurement of 50 and 100 KVA diesel generator sets, and the mechanical winching of sewer lines in the East and West Zones. Additionally, the agency requires the supply and installation of 50, 100, and 200 KVA transformers along with the provision of 500 sets of reinforced plastic composite manhole covers and frames. The total estimated value across these projects exceeds 54 million Rupees. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and possess relevant expertise, specifically PEC Code EE05 for electrical works. All proposals must be submitted through the EPADS system to ensure transparency and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules. A 5 percent bid security of the estimated cost is required for each lot. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:30 AM on 18 May 2026.
